hello

work hasn't been too bad. meet all kinds of ppl, talk and hear all kinds of things.

last week i heard a guy tell his gf, "anything you want, i can get for you". haha, wow. bold statement indeed. sweet, but, as u can see, guys are very careless with their words.

on the topic of guys, i seriously think that those guys who come in to buy a gift for their girlfriends are super sweet. very sweet leh. and they choose v fast oso. HAHA.

anw, this week i've been meeting preettty nice ppl, as well as a few horrible customers.

I think i'm slowly becoming more and more of an aunty sa shou. can spend like 15-30 mins talkin to them. afterwhich they will ask for the shop card and ask me write me name, then they will act call and stuff, and come back for more products. good, BUY MORE. only dun like it when they keep calling me joyCE. its JOY, without ice okay. thanks.

also, my general knowledge increases alot. customers will show me pictures of swaroski museums in austria, famous jap designers, pictures of their dogs, their cats. lol.

pretty neat huh.

i guess this is what you would call worlds colliding.

i remb talkin to liz a while back, saying that we're all living in our own little worlds, and ppl whom we are supposed to meet and we haven met yet because our worlds have not intertwined yet. sounds to fictional, but yet its really true.

the world is so big, and i'm like a spec of dust on it.

oh ya, this one uncle came in yest morning, and he was looking for like a pair of earrings that he could make into cufflinks for his wife. wow, so ultra sweet. he told me how he used to sew buttons on his daughters shirt etc. I asked him to brg his daughter to the shop in future, and apparently they've patronized our other outlets. he said, once his daughter wans sthg, he cannot sleep liao, he said it all with a smile. mentioned that she wanted a kimono, and they bought it for her, 900++. he said, you're only young once, and he pointed to himself, "see i'm wearing the same shirt for 10yrs, its okay. " carried on to say, "when you're young, the person that really makes an impact on you as a daughter, is your father. and in future, it'll also affect your opinion of men."

wow. words of wisdom huh. true.

yea, i pretty much love the job. of course there are its setbacks, like incredibly tough targets and horrible customers. BUT HEY, lifes tough eh :P

oh, lets not forget to mention, MY CHINESE HAS IMPROVED. considering the fact i speak it like 8hrs a day.

well, enough about work. I"M STRESSED OUT BY MATHS. exam is in 19days.

i hope i dun turn out sucking at stoopid graphs and functions and proportions.

but hoping is not enough, i really need to figure out how to do these things properly, or i'm going to flunk SAT. and if i flunk, i'm not gg to go to any uni. boo.

so, i commit myself to do really well. i dun care la, muz push beyond my limits, GOD PLEASE EXPAND MY BRAIN.

anw, this week would be the third week i haven been to cell. i miss cell. but good news, i'm off next sat., WOO HOO.

so anyway, thats a summary of wads happening in my life. thats if anyone still actually reads this blog. lol.

bye bye
