Tangyuan!
i've been having the ultra high craving for tangyuan! so i went ahead and bought the glutinous rice flour, brown sugar, and ginger for 'Teng's' - the chinese market near my place. Instead of waiting for mommy to tell me the secret recipe, i went ahead and anyhow agar-agar. turned out pretty good!!! of course no fillings, i just made simple ones. To me the texture of the tangyuan was superb. SO springy and bouncy! the soup was a little sweet tho (obviously, since i just dumped the brown sugar in randomly. LOL ) but the ginger taste power man!!! :D
